Made with merlot grapes, this is a modern take on an old style where honey and grapes are fermented together to create a unique blend called a pyment. Subtle aromas of black pepper and fresh berries up front. It has a well rounded mouthfeel with a clean dry finish. Best paired with aged cheese, meat and spicy foods.
