Our raw coastal honey is cold extracted, which preserves all of the natural nutrients found in honey. We do not use pressure filters, so you may come across some small particles, but you may also discover traces of pollen, propolis and wax.
All pure honey will naturally crystallize, especially since our honey has not been heated. This process is more likely to occur in cooler weather or when the honey is stored in a refrigerator. However, this is a sign that our honey has not been blended or damaged by heat.
To liquefy candied or crystalised honey, simply place the container in hot water or leave it in a sunny spot for a few days. Our honey does not compare in taste to mass-produced supermarket brands, as we keep each batch harvested separately to highlight the unique flora that our bees have collected nectar from.
Bucket may either be shipped as is or in a carton - depending on the courier service used.
